Standard Repair Charge:
This is generally the standard fee for an in store computer repair covering virus removal,
spyware/malware removal, boot problems, internet problems, software & hardware problems.
Price: £49 Inc VAT.
Basic Repair Charge:
This is generally covering more basic work such as fitting and installation of components,
troubleshooting, installing or fitting products brought from us.
Price: £29 Inc VAT.
Service Charge
A computer service compromises of a full scan for viruses spyware & malware (removal not included - extra charge for removal), general cleanup,
clean out of dust and any recommendations of upgrades (software & hardware) and either a one year internet security subscription or
2GB Pen drive.
Price: £39 Inc VAT.
On Site Repair Charge:
On site service for general computer problems such as boot problems, viruses, spyware & malware, software & hardware issues.
(please note: Some problems cannot be repaired on site if this is the case we will take your computer, repair it in our workshop, then call you to
arrange a time to return it.)
Price: £30 For half an hour Inc VAT.
Price: £50 For one hour Inc VAT.
Collect and Return Repair Charge:
We will collect your computer at a time that suits you, fix it then arrange a time that suits you to return it and plug it in.
Price: £49 Inc VAT.
